Return Window
Return must be requested within 5 working days of receiving your order. After 5 days, we can no longer accept returns.
Items Eligible for Return

Only ready-to-wear items are eligible for return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all the original tags and packagaing.

Custom-made, bespoke, or altered piece are non-returnable (as there are made to your specific measurements or fabric

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after we inspect and approve the returned items.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of approval.

If you received free shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
