PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Because of the love and care used to make each piece perfect for you processing takes some time. Processing can be 10-15 business days for all online READY TO WEAR orders. Please email us at Flixbryculture@gmail.com if you would like to specify on the date you would like to receive the item. On sale periods processing may take more than 10-15 business days, but we will always communicate any delays to you.
Custom Designs dress takes 2-4 weeks depeding on your designs and your location
After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number! Depending on your location shipping/delivery can take up to 5-10 business days, unless Express shipping is chosen, then it may take up to 3-5 business days.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Duties charged for processing by your country are not included in prices. Duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We are not responsible for any Taxes or Duty incurred by your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Return postage costs are not refundable. Flixbry Culture does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact your local custom office to obtain your tax refund.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at Flixbryculture@gmail.com to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has already been processed, Flixbry Culture accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available. Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation. Flixbry Culture reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
