THE ARTIST
Titilayo is a self-taught designer whose passion for fashion began with small, heartfelt creations — from hand-sewn mini bow ties for her son to DIY neckpieces and custom clothing for her family. What started as a personal journey of creativity after becoming a mother grew into a thriving brand that reflects resilience, culture, and individuality.

Her brand, Flixbry Culture, is a powerful fusion of family and heritage. The name itself is a tribute to the people who inspire and fuel her strength: her son, her sister, and her own past. “Flix” was originally the name of a dance group she was part of years ago—a group that never quite took off but left a lasting impact. The name embodies the explosive energy, unique character, and creative spirit that her family shares. “Bry” comes from her sister’s name, blending their identities into a symbol of unity and strength. Together, Flixbry Culture represents a celebration of heritage, freedom of expression, and the beauty of embracing one’s roots in modern fashion.
Though she dreamed of formal fashion education, financial challenges led Titilayo to teach herself the craft through trial, error, and countless hours of study—often guided by online tutorials and her own unwavering determination. Discovering that her mother had once studied fashion design in Nigeria deepened her connection to this creative legacy.
Titilayo’s work is inspired by the strong bond with her sister, the pride of being a mother, and her Yoruba roots. Flixbry Culture creates modern, timeless pieces that honor strength, culture, and the power of fashion to unite people across backgrounds. Every garment she crafts is a testament to perseverance, faith, and the vibrant, diverse stories we all carry.
With every stitch, Titilayo pushes boundaries, challenges herself, and designs for the confidence and beauty of all — men, women, and children — who wear her art and culture with pride.
